MEET OUR TEAM — Lindsey DiGia-Vatter joined Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home, Inc. full-time in March 2025. Lindsey graduated in January 2026 from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and has successfully passed her National Board Exam and PA State Board Exams. She currently works as an Intern Funeral Director. Her calling to Funeral Service is a second career for Lindsey, and she believes the culmination of her life experiences will allow her to compassionately help families navigate loss. She hopes to advance deathcare education in the community and offer families unique ways to honor their loved one.

Lindsey is a life-long resident of Neshannock Township. She graduated from Neshannock High School in 2003, Grove City College with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship in 2007, then in 2010, earned her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. In 2024, she completed the Certified Crematory Operator Certification (CCO) through the NFDA. Lindsey has two sons, Matthew and Caden. She often volunteers for their school activities and supports their involvement at the New Castle Playhouse. Lindsey previously served two terms as Board President for Neshannock Elementary PTO. She is active in Neshannock School District, including two years as Treasurer for the Stevenson Scholarship committee, NTEF Festival of Trees volunteer, and eight years of coaching.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and above all, being with her sons.

We are lucky to have Lindsey on our team ❤️
