We’ve officially been in our new building for almost a year now, and overall things have been running very smoothly. As with any growing business, though, there are always a few bumps in the road — and one we’d like to address is our hours of operation and walk-in expectations.
While we are very grateful to have so many people come through our doors, lately this has been a struggle.
Our business hours are posted both on our front door and again on a board immediately upon entering. These hours are posted on all our socials, our website and also on our voicemail recording. Despite this, we still frequently have people entering during times we are not open for general walk-ins.
During non-open hours, our providers are actively in treatment rooms with clients. Many of these services are designed to be relaxing and restorative, and interruptions such as calling out “hello?” throughout the building can disrupt that experience for clients who have scheduled and paid for dedicated treatment time.
Additionally, some providers cannot legally leave clients unattended on treatment tables in order to assist walk-in visitors. Sadly, we have even had some help themselves to our retail even though we have cameras inside and outside the building.
If you stop in during non-open hours, we unfortunately cannot guarantee assistance — and in most cases, we will not be available to help at all. To ensure you receive the best possible customer service, we kindly ask that all general inquiries, product pickups, browsing, consultations about services/providers, or first-time visits take place during our posted open hours.

Outside of those hours, appointments are always welcome — whether for services, consultations, private shopping, product pickup arrangements, or other needs.
