ving Calumet, Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties since 1971. We are located in a residential area of New Holstein. Willowdale Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is within eight miles of Calumet Medical Center, thirty miles of St. Nicholas Hospital and Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center and around thirty five miles of other surrounding hospitals that include St. Elizabeth, Theda Clark and Appleton Medical center. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

On Wednesday, some of our residents headed to the park for fresh air, great food, and fun activities!

A big thank you to our incredible kitchen staff for providing a delicious lunch and our activities team, social services director, nurse leaders, nursing staff and business office manager for hosting such a fun afternoon. We loved spending quality time together with our residents, their families, and our Willowdale team!
