Are you waiting for a health crisis before you start taking care of yourself? Chronic disease, stress, poor sleep, back pain, neck pain, inflammation, metabolic health, nervous system health, healthy aging—so many of the things that affect our quality of life develop long before we finally decide to do something about them.
This week on Chiropractic Is Sexy, we're having a very different conversation about life, death, life force, Innate Intelligence, and what it really means to live your best life.
We don't get to control how long life lasts. But while that life is expressing through us, we have an enormous amount of influence over how we care for the body carrying it.
So… what are you putting off?
Are you waiting for the right time to exercise?
Eat better?
Work on your metabolic health?
Address chronic pain?
Improve your sleep?
Get your stress under control?
Or maybe you're trying—but you simply don't know where to start, what questions to ask, or what kind of practitioner might actually be able to help you.
This isn't about trying to live forever. And doing “all the things” doesn't guarantee that illness won't happen.
It's about living the life you have as fully as possible.
Move your body. Nourish it. Sleep. Laugh. Love people. Get outside. Take care of your spine. Support your nervous system. Ask better questions about your health. And maybe stop waiting for a crisis to remind you how precious feeling good really is.
Care for your nervous system like your life depends on it—because it does
