Today we’re proud to recognize our incredible RT, Kaitlynn.
Recently, EMS responders shared how impressed they were with her professionalism, preparation, and knowledge during a critical call:
“I just wanted you to know how impressive your RT Kaitlynn was during this call. She came to the room fully prepared with all of the information the medic needed. She already had all of the vent settings written down for the medic. She was able to give a full patient report to the medic with all of the events that had transpired leading up to calling 911 for transport.”
“She was incredibly knowledgeable about the patient, her past medical issues and her present condition. She was friendly and very well prepared. She advised the medic that she had already called in report to the RT in the ER.”
“The medic that responded to this call with Centerville Fire is rarely impressed and she was indeed very pleased with the care, knowledge and information shared with her via Kaitlynn. It is this very type of service that puts Kaitlynn a step above the rest.”
