What an incredible day at the 2026 Teche Area Senior Olympics! We had an amazing time at the Cade Community Center alongside seven of our local nursing homes, all coming together for a day filled with energy, laughter, and friendly competition.

We are truly honored to have our very own, Tyler, serve as the Emcee for the third year in a row and we are already looking forward to making it four next year!

A huge thank you to each of the nursing homes for allowing us to be a part of something so special. The real victory today was seeing the residents genuinely enjoying themselves, cheering each other on, and embracing every moment, regardless of who took home the win.

Days like today are what it’s all about.

We just want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who came out and spent time with us today. Both at the Coffee Talk hosted by the Greater Iberia Chamber of Commerce and at the weekly Rotary Club of New Iberia meeting.

Being able to share our story, our mission, and the heart behind what we’re building is something I don’t take lightly. The support, conversations, and encouragement mean more than you know.

It’s special to be surrounded by a community that truly shows up, listens, and believes in making a difference. Today was a reminder of why we do what we do!
