Cervicogenic Headaches and neck tension…one of the most common reasons for dry needling in the clinic. The muscles at our cervical spine and skull are major players in our posture and are also prone to having a lot of tension both physically and emotionally. One of the best ways to minimize this occurrence is to be vigilant on having good posture and practicing weekly, if not daily, stress relief techniques. Also, check your bed pillows and make sure that proper posture is maintained while you lie down as well. As always, we love you and God bless ❤️

As some of my patients know, I have a friend that is battling a very serious and mysterious medical condition and is fighting for her life. Before this she was an amazing neonatal NICU nurse practitioner. She spent her days caring for high risk babies and protecting one of God’s greatest gifts, children. I am helping to spread the word.
