Summer is fun, but all that freedom can be an adjustment too.

Later bedtimes, camps, vacations, changing schedules, and being out of routine can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time.

A little extra predictability and some built-in downtime can help make those transitions easier for everyone.

There are so many harmful assumptions about what neurodivergent people can or cannot do. The reality is that neurodivergent individuals are leading businesses, raising families, traveling independently, building careers, creating art, solving problems, and thriving in ways people once told them were impossible. 💛

Support, understanding, accommodations, and self-acceptance can make an incredible difference, but neurodivergence does not make someone less capable of living a meaningful, successful life.

Every person’s experience is different, and success does not have to look the same for everyone. ✨

Choosing slower days, protecting your energy, canceling plans when needed, or creating more space to rest is not something to feel guilty about.

Summer does not have to be packed to be meaningful. 💛
