Each sessions is customized to meet your particular needs. I am trained in Massage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki & LaStone(hot stone) Massage. I incorporate doTERRAessential oils, total body balancing, tibetan healing bowls, crystals, crystal singing bowls, and visualization into each session as needed.
