We’re excited to share that Jamie currently has openings available at our Reedsburg office!

Jamie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She creates a warm, genuine, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to be themselves while working through life’s challenges. Her approach is collaborative, helping clients build self-awareness, confidence, and personal strengths along the way.

Jamie utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, psychoeducation, and play therapy to meet each client where they are in their journey.

A fun fact about Jamie — when she’s not supporting clients, she enjoys playing the drums and piano, laughing with friends and family, and spending quality time with her son. 🎵

🌿 Donyell
Donyell takes a person-centered approach and works alongside clients with compassion, unconditional positive regard, and evidence-based care. She enjoys working with young adults, adults, and the 55+ community through individual, couples, and family therapy.

🌿 Sophia
Sophia creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. She uses approaches including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients build resilience and achieve meaningful growth.

🌿 Garrett
Garrett brings empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to counseling. He believes healing happens in safe and respectful spaces and is dedicated to supporting clients in their personal growth and well-being.

🌿 Morgan
Morgan is a master’s-level clinical intern and veteran who brings a calm and steady presence to therapy. She helps clients better understand emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while creating a supportive environment for growth and healing.

Grace Counseling will be participating in the Juneau County “You Matter” Campaign for Mental Health Awareness Month. The goal is simple: to encourage connection, spark conversations, and remind everyone that feeling seen, valued, and supported truly matters.

Be sure to tune in to 92one WRJC to hear Grace Counseling & Family Services' Holly Helmann on Day 1 and Dan Frye on Day 17 as they share the daily “You Matter” task! If you'd like to participate along with us each day, the Juneau County Health Department will be posting the daily challenge on their page.

The message of the “You Matter” campaign is simple but powerful: small acts of kindness and connection can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Together, we can help create a community where people feel supported and where conversations about mental health are welcomed.

Welcome Aubrey to the Grace Counseling Team! 🌿

We’re excited to welcome Aubrey as a clinical intern at our outpatient Reedsburg location! Aubrey is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling at the University of Wisconsin–Superior and brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to her work with clients.

Aubrey is intentional about creating a warm, grounded space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. She views therapy as a collaborative process and meets clients with empathy and respect while honoring their unique experiences and strengths. Aubrey is passionate about providing client-centered care that encourages self-exploration, personal growth, and emotional well-being.

Aubrey is currently able to see clients at our Reedsburg office with Medicaid insurance.

We’re excited to welcome Morgan to the Grace Counseling team as our new Master’s-Level Clinical Intern! 🎉

Morgan is completing their graduate program through Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Applied Psychological Science. As a veteran, Morgan brings a calm and steady presence to the therapeutic space and values creating an environment where clients feel respected, understood, and genuinely heard.

Morgan enjoys helping clients explore emotions, understand the connection between thoughts and behaviors, and build acceptance and flexibility as they navigate life’s challenges. Under clinical supervision, Morgan is dedicated to creating a respectful and supportive space where individuals and couples feel heard and empowered in their journey.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and connecting with the people who matter most to them.
