Punxsutawney Phil predicted six more weeks of winter. Ohio gave us 50 degree, patio weather then said, "Just kidding. Hold my shovel!" as if it was a plot twist😅. Winter may not be finished with Ohio just yet ❄️…
But can you feel it? Longer evenings. Softer sunsets (maybe a little hidden behind the snow right now). But the trees have and are getting ready to bloom! 🌅🌳
While the snow lingers, the days are getting longer and those first signs of change are on the horizon 🌤️🌱

As I reflect on January, my heart is incredibly full. I set a larger goal for the number of clients I hoped to serve this month, and I am deeply grateful to say I’m already exceeding it.

🌿 Big Announcement! 🌿

After 8 wonderful years at Essential Kneads Wellness, I’ll be finishing my time there at the end of this month — October 30th. I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team and all of my amazing clients who have supported me throughout my journey there. The experience, friendships, and growth I’ve gained over the years mean so much to me! 💚

Moving forward, I’ll be focusing fully on my own business, Kinetic Edge & Wellness! I’ll still be offering the same quality massage therapy you know and love — now with the flexibility of in-home sessions, where I bring everything and set up right in your space for ultimate comfort and convenience.
