I am excited to share that I am officially an Affiliate Teacher with Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Sound

The journey over the past 3 years has been amazing, healing and full of heartfelt connection from the moment I registered for my first certification training back in Sedona in 2023. The Meditate Tribe is where I feel heard and seen and ready to now hold space in a new way.

This fall I will begin sharing with my community and all that join our tribe to learn more about Sound and Vibrational Therapies through Workshops, Courses and Certification while gaining the self care and healing we all need.
