Sometimes the messages we receive are simply too beautiful to ignore.
The other night, I held an Oracle Card Reading class where everyone had the opportunity to learn, practice, and experience the magic of reading Oracle cards for one another.
I originally had a different student in mind and picked her than suddenly changed my mind and picked Jennifer Smeriglio. She had been missing her mom, who has passed, and when she pulled this beautiful Peacock card, I immediately felt a very strong message.
As I looked at the card, I saw two faces within the image, the face on the left representing Jenny, and the softer face on the right felt like her mother. I shared the messages I was receiving with her, along with the feeling that her mom was close by.
But the story didn’t end there…
The very next day, Jenny used the deck herself to practice and pulled the exact same Peacock card.
Then she looked over at the photograph sitting beside her.
And there it was…
The image on the card looked so much like the photograph of her and her mom.
For Jenny, it was a beautiful reminder that sometimes the people we love may no longer be physically beside us, but the love and connection we share with them never truly disappear.
Whether you call it Spirit, signs, synchronicity, intuition, or simply a beautiful coincidence, moments like this remind me why I love what I do.
“Peacock — Raise Your Standards.”
And perhaps, in this moment, the message was also: Look closely. I’m still with you. You are loved. You are never alone.
