Mr. Gunner's journey is a powerful reminder of what dedication, compassionate care, and rehabilitation can help make possible.

When he arrived at our skilled nursing facility in May, he was fully dependent on staff for mobility and care, requiring a Hoyer lift for transfers and receiving nutrition through a feeding tube.

Through dedicated rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, Gunner has made remarkable progress. Today, he is walking 100 feet with a rolling walker, transferring with moderate assistance, ambulating with contact guard assistance, and feeding himself independently after transitioning from tube feedings.

His progress reflects the strength of determination and the impact of comprehensive care. We are proud to celebrate each milestone as he continues working toward greater independence, function, and quality of life.
