Good evening Reiki Master Teachers, Practitioners, and Students. I hope you are all well in mind, body, and spirit. Sometimes when healing others and taking care of family we may get tired, overwhelmed, and exhausted. We must remember, while we are helping others we also need to heal ourselves by getting enough rest. Rest ensures the body is healing of whatever does not serve you. Here are some Reiki tips for a good night sleep.

I have my alarm set to wind me down for 9:30pm every-night it helps a lot to have a consistent sleep schedule.

I hope these tips help someone sleep better tonight.
