Your feet, jaw, and pelvic floor may seem completely unrelated but they’re more connected than you think.
Your body works as an interconnected system, meaning tension, movement patterns, and changes in one area can influence how other areas function.

The feet help create our foundation, the jaw is influenced by posture and muscle tension, and the pelvic floor works as part of the body’s larger pressure and stability system.
So why does this matter? Because sometimes treating the area where you feel symptoms isn’t the whole picture. Looking at the body as a whole can help us better understand why certain patterns are happening and what may need attention.

Not all pelvic floor physical therapy tools are created for the same purpose. ✨

Every tool is designed to meet different needs, goals, and stages of recovery.

That’s why personalized care matters, what works for one person may not be the right fit for another.

Perimenopause doesn’t look the same for everyone and neither does the way we manage it. 💛

For some, it’s hot flashes. For others, it’s anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, sleep changes, or hormonal shifts that seem to come out of nowhere. Every journey is unique, which means every treatment plan should be too.
Whether you manage your symptoms through movement, nutrition, pelvic floor therapy, stress management, hormone therapy, or a combination of approaches, what works for one person may not work for another and that’s okay.

✨ We’d love to hear from you! How are you managing your perimenopause symptoms? Share your experience in the comments you might help someone else feel less alone.

If you’re struggling, have questions, or aren’t sure where to start, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help guide you toward options that fit your journey. 💙

Internal or external myofascial work, different techniques, same goal. Releasing restrictions, restoring mobility, reducing pain, and helping your body function the way it was designed to.

Every treatment is tailored to what you need. ✨

🎬 Preparing for my Netflix documentary:

The Woman Who Made a Career Out of P**p, P*e, S*x... and Talking Women Out of Murdering Their Husbands During Perimenopause.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Surprisingly educational.” 😂

Pelvic pain shouldn’t have to get in the way of intimacy. 💙

The “best” position isn’t the same for everyone, but certain positions can reduce pressure, allow for more control, and make intimacy more comfortable if you’re experiencing pelvic pain.

If s*x is painful, know this: it’s common, but it isn’t something you have to “just live with.”

Pelvic floor physical therapy can help identify the cause and get you back to enjoying intimacy with confidence.

✨ Pain is common. It is not normal.

THIS. IS. YOUR. SIGN! To go on and schedule that pelvic floor evaluation!

Don’t continue to let those aches and pains go unresolved. It’s possible your pelvic floor is the missing link!

The pelvic floor is responsible for:
✨Urinary function
✨Bowel function
✨S*xual function
✨Skeletal support
✨Pressure management
✨and is closely connected with the central nervous system

It is SOO much more than just a set of muscles! Which means it’s also very sensitive to the state and needs of the other areas of the body.

So if you’ve been dealing with nagging pain, it may be time to get your pelvic floor checked out!

If you think that’s you, we would love to help! Check out the scheduling 🔗 in our bio!
