Our monthly Shabbat dinners bring residents and families together to celebrate tradition, connection, and community around the table. Thoughtfully prepared menus and meaningful gatherings help residents continue cherished traditions while fostering a sense of belonging.

As one family member recently shared, “So much of Jewish life happens around a table: sharing food, stories, traditions, laughter, and one another’s company." We are honored to support and celebrate the traditions that make life at The Carrollton so meaningful.

Today, our community came together in remembrance of September 11. Resident Mr. Corrado Giacona honored those we lost by ringing the bell 11 times, followed by a moment of silence shared by residents and team members. We pause to reflect, remember, and honor the courage, sacrifice, and resilience that continue to inspire us.

Dining at La Colonnade ✨

A New Orleans classic with a story as rich as its flavor! Bread pudding may have begun centuries ago as a humble “poor man’s pudding,” but New Orleans transformed it into a beloved Creole tradition. Our Chef brings that tradition to the table with airy French bread, warm spices, and a rich, decadent sauce.

A little history, a lot of flavor, and pure New Orleans in every bite!
