Hi friends, I am offering a four-week Primary Series study workshop in the month of June at Saint Claude Yoga Center. Each week we'll break down and work though each part of the foundational Ashtanga Yoga sequence. If you don't have the opportunity to practice Mysore style this workshop may be valuable to you and help you develop your practice of the Ashtanga method practice for your body. We'll start from the beginning.
◽June 6th focus on Surrya Namaskars A&B and standing asanas/poses, short finishing
◽June 13th focus on first part of Primary Series seated asanas from Paschimotanasana through Navasana, adding backbends
◽June 20th focus on second part of the Primary Series from Budjapindasana through Setup Bandhasana
◽June 27th focus on the Closing sequence, transitions and inversions.
