The beauty of the Eclipse and the planetary lineups have created such an expansive energy. I did not see this full eclipse, and this is from my friend’s page who was in Spain. Amazing.

The Leo sun eclipse shows brightness from our cells.. our heart.. our chakras.. and brings Joy, Vitality.
As the eclipse shows many truths coming to light..

Perhaps you are not an astronomy or astrology person.. Either way.. we can feel the happiness that is here as we choose.. with our breath, thoughts, movements, nature, relationships, and creative passions.

I don’t share my pastels much but I love this beautiful Golden One — she Remind me of the solar energy happening in these times. A teacher shared to me back in 2018 to share the pictures and the messages with them. I’ll do that more.. because it is a passion and it’s interesting fun.

The solar max cycle is ending soon and we will move into the solar minimum with weather changes showing this in the next year.

Even with the global happenings, we can go inward and feel our calm and our peace that is always there.

This Lovely Full Moon Energy has been quite special. I’m not sure how everyone else has been feeling to Energy, but for me I have been going inward in these days with writing and practices; and sharing online sessions.
💗Fun to share yoga memories💗

✨I feel blessed to begin new adventures this Autumn in Body Wellness, Alchemy, and Nature.

I love these times where the complementary, integrated, functional and natural medicine healing ways are part of the norm again. When I grew up, my mother would make flower essences, and it was quite normal in our home with natural remedies from my mom or the grandmother’s.

When I share about yoga postures, I also share about nature and flowers, because for me, it is all the same.
We are one with mother earth; The beautiful sky and the stars. And when our body is in alignment with our own pure love energy, and with our heart, and we are rooted, and we allow the breath and light to move up through our bodies and above us- so high. We become attuned with our highest nature of Light.

A soft smile through our cells, our Light shows the way. Slow calm breaths with happiness, inspirations— creates Joy.

As teachers, mothers, care takers for others, or however you maybe in your life with helping another,
Taking care of our Health, Our Minds, our Light — is more important than ever. 💗

Happy New Moon Love Energy💛 The sweet cancer moon wisdom breathes its dreams across the universe to us now. The Light of Spiritual waters fill me.. Pisces Sun.. Cancer moon - a water soul.. and the brilliance above gives a kiss .. a taste .. new beginnings. My deeper practices and experiences this past decade have proven to me, that Love is right where you feel with in your heart. We know this. The search for understanding life. Why we are here. Our path.. our wisdom as we explore the day to day. It’s all right within us and we can learn to heal ourselves.

The gentle dance of being a mom has been my greatest joy in life. Travels, teaching, sharing - all beckon my soul as I begin to teach more online.. as soon in person more. Spiritual Healing is from the Divine and a tru gift for everyone.

I’ll be starting lovely circles come autumn.. and new in person classes; and presently a home circle with spiritual healing, meditation. Weekly sittings are important to build your Light. Please message to join.

We each have our path in this world. We are all different as the flowers in the meadow. Yet we each have a dream, love to share, friends to laugh with, a pet to play with, a child to hold, a memory that guides us and the joy we know, and our breath we feel.

Happy June time. Nature healing has been known and used for eons throughout the world. Breathing in the sparks of Light through the forest, the oceans, gardens and more.. aromas ease the busy mind, and nature feeds our soul, creating joy and health. Beautiful

Beauty in Scotland. Hermitage Waterfalls, Fairy pool and Skor mountain walks. Creating more Light through our body with being in nature and meditations of nature. Imprinting our brain and body with this happiness, Love and health. Yes! Longevity through sharing our smiles with others as the blessing of life move through us.

A beautiful travel time moving through Scotland. Here at the Scone Palace after time in Edinburgh, Stirling, and on to Inverness. Wild weather filled with beauty. I love spending time in nature to breathe in the healing clean air and renew.

Perfect after two weeks with spiritual healing courses; while being with fantastic bright souls from all over the world. The world may be with many happenings… and our best is to stay healthy and calm. Keeping our mind and body filled with positive thoughts will help to create more Light in our cells, blood, energy centers, and full body aura.

A beautiful Full moon last night peeking through the clouds. I love this time of year, as it is so sacred with today being Passover and moving into the celebrations Christ… our Light with Easter. Knowing we are eternal beings.

Nature fills the soul and all is well. We only have to trust that we can move into alignment and harmony through our smiles that we share and feel.

Happy Friday with this beautiful energy of the Full Moon still vibrating through all . I’m enjoying this lovely Yoga with the birds at the Audubon park.

Sharing the sweetness of life through our passions and God’s Light.. we are in very special times.

If you have experiences of stress in these wild times. … just remember that we walk with our Angels and we are always in the space of Love. Our Light is brighter than we can imagine.

know and feel… ‘Opening my self to all positive possibilities and experiences… with my highest self. . with the Holy Spirit.. with Love, happiness, and a true oneness with the eternal.’

We just have to see and it, listen… hear it, feel it.. and know it. This is easiest when we are in nature or that quiet space with in through meditation and soft breathings… prayer..

For me it is all the same..

Our Light is brightest from our center.. from our heart.. and as it moves higher and higher.

As these lovely birds talk to me… I share this .

✨Happy Week of Light✨Love and New Year
Moving into this Lovely time with calm and peace.

Being in nature and breathing in the morning air allows for my mind to be open with Love.. with curiosity and to listen. Listen within, to feel, to hear, to know, to taste, to Be. To be me in every way of feeling my breath in the grass listening to birds.

Being in this place is where healing Light brightens through my cells, my heart, my chakras, my blood, my whole body, around my body as colors vibrate through me.

We each have this one to one relationship with Source, Nature, God and nothing stops it. More and more we each understand that we are Light and one with all.

As this knowing occurs with each person more and more… and then each person helps another with this simple message… that our smile and our love shines within us and conquers all. This Love .. Divine Love is the most powerful protector, healer, brightener, co-creator, inspirer of all… add this liquid gold through you with soft sounds for added joy.

Spiritual Healing is a natural gift we each have to create balance in our body; and bring to ourself or help another be in alignment physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My mother would share with me this golden light in my hands for warmth and to use to heal. Marigolds, daisies, sunflowers, roses, peonies, orchids, lavender and the beauty of nature is all in us.

I believe it begins with creating this sacred space of nature with our breath, awareness, and the intention we create. Simple sitting or adding movement. It is all perfect. Clearing the busy mind to move to your clear perceptions.

A lovely way to listen to our body, mind, thoughts and the soft whispers of the Light, Spirit, Angels, the flowers. It is the music of the soul. May this year be of special sweetness for you - with health and joy.

The days continue and excitingly we can touch higher and freer as we allow. Amen.
