What if we could turn up the heat 🔥🔥🔥 on newly diagnosed ovarian cancer with immunotherapy?

📣A new clinical trial is now available for women newly diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer.📣

Researchers are studying whether adding an innovative immunotherapy called IMNN-001 to standard chemotherapy can help the body's immune system better fight ovarian cancer. IMNN-001 is designed to deliver an immune-activating protein directly into the abdominal cavity, where ovarian cancer most often spreads. Early studies have shown promising results, and this Phase III trial will help determine whether this approach can improve outcomes for patients.

If you or a loved one has recently been diagnosed with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer and may be receiving chemotherapy before surgery, you may be eligible. Talk with your gynecologic oncologist or contact our research team to learn more about participation. Clinical trials provide access to cutting-edge treatments while helping advance the future of ovarian cancer care. 🔬

New Phase 3 Clinical Trial Now Enrolling for Recurrent Endometrial Cancer

We are seeking patients with recurrent or progressive endometrial cancer who have previously received platinum-based chemotherapy and PD(L)-1 immunotherapy. This global Phase 3 study is evaluating Rinatabart Sesutecan (Rina-S), a novel folate receptor alpha-targeting antibody-drug conjugate, versus investigator's choice chemotherapy. Drugs like Rina-S take very high doses of chemotherapy directly to your tumor, "like putting glitter on glue."

Potentially eligible patients: ✅ Recurrent or progressive endometrial cancer
✅ 1-3 prior lines of therapy
✅ Prior platinum-based chemotherapy and PD(L)-1 inhibitor treatment
✅ Measurable disease and ECOG 0-1

Could there be a new way to reduce ovarian cancer risk for women with inherited BRCA1 mutations while potentially delaying surgical menopause? The NRG-CC008 (SOROCk) trial is studying whether removal of the fallopian tubes alone, followed by later o***y removal, is as effective as standard risk-reducing surgery.
