Your child's dental visit could reveal more than just cavities.

Routine dental exams offer a unique look into a child's overall health, including early signs of sleep-disordered breathing. Research shows that specific craniofacial features can signal an increased risk, allowing your dentist to catch concerns early and guide you toward the right care.

Sometimes a routine dental appointment is the first step toward finding answers you weren't expecting. Visit our website to learn more or drop any questions you have below!

Ever walk into a room and immediately forget why you’re there?

Sure, life is busy. But if brain fog has become your normal, poor-quality sleep could be part of the picture.

Sleep apnea repeatedly interrupts your breathing throughout the night, preventing your brain from getting the restorative sleep it needs. If you’re constantly feeling foggy, forgetful, or struggling to focus, it may be time to look beyond your to-do list.

Know someone who’s always talking about brain fog? Share this with them. It might be the clue they didn’t know they needed.

Wait... your CPAP is supposed to leak?

It sounds backwards, but it's kind of true.

Every CPAP mask is designed with a small intentional leak that helps remove the carbon dioxide you exhale.

The problem is when air escapes where it shouldn't, like around the edges of your mask. That kind of leak can affect your comfort, interrupt your sleep, and make your therapy less effective.

Swipe through to learn the difference between a good leak and a bad leak, plus a few signs it may be time to adjust your mask.

Know someone using a CPAP? Share this post with them. It might answer a question they didn't even know they had.

More sleep doesn't always mean better sleep.

When we think about healthy sleep, we often focus on the number of hours a child spends in bed. But sleep quality matters just as much.

If a child's breathing is being disrupted throughout the night, they may wake up feeling tired even after what seems like a full night's sleep.

That's why we look beyond the clock and consider the bigger picture,
including breathing, airway health, and sleep quality.

Did this surprise you? Let us know in the comments.

This is not a sit-and-listen kind of course.

The Pediatric OSA Course is built around live patients, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to follow treatment progress across multiple sessions.

You are not just learning what to look for. You are evaluating real cases, applying what you learn, and returning to see how treatment is progressing over time.

That continuity is what makes this experience so different from traditional CE. It gives providers the chance to build confidence, ask better questions, and understand the full treatment process from evaluation through follow-up.

Registration for the 2027 Pediatric OSA Course is now open.

Every photo tells a story.

Forty-five years of caring for patients. Forty-five years of learning, growing, and evolving. Forty-five years of showing up for this community through every season.

While a lot has changed over the years, one thing hasn't: our commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate care to every patient who walks through our doors.

To everyone who has trusted us with your care, attended one of our courses, or been part of our journey, thank you. You've helped shape the story of this practice, and we're grateful to have you as part of it.
If you've been a patient, attended one of our courses, or have been part of our community over the years, drop an emoji in the comments.

We'd love to flood the comments and celebrate everyone who's been part of our 45-year journey! 🎉
