Notice to Residents and Families

Re: Demolition of the Former Lindsey Boggs Building

Dear Residents and Family Members,

We would like to inform you that demolition of the former Lindsey Boggs building, located adjacent to our facility, has officially begun.

The demolition project is expected to continue for approximately seven (7) months, with completion anticipated in early March. Construction crews will generally be working Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

During the initial phase of the project, demolition activities will take place on the portion of the building closest to our facility. As a result, you may notice increased construction noise during this time. We anticipate that the noise levels will gradually decrease as the demolition progresses farther away from our campus toward Norman C. Francis Parkway.

While this work is taking place outside of our property, our team will continue to monitor the situation and make every effort to minimize any disruption to our residents’ comfort and daily routines.

We will keep residents and families informed of any significant changes or updates as we receive additional information.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as this neighboring project is completed.
