Congress is considering a temporary extension that would delay the federal h**p ban to give lawmakers time to regulate. This has a strong shot, but a few misguided Senators are trying to kill the extension before it gets a vote.

- H**p beverages are already regulated in the states where we operate. In Louisiana alone, this regulated market brings in millions of dollars a year for the state’s early childhood education fund, through a system of 1,000+ retailers licensed by the ATC.
- That system, and similar ones in states across the country, gets dismantled overnight if this ban takes effect.
