I’ve made peace with my own journey
with my own thoughts, where i stand on this earth, and what comes and goes. Releasing disappointment. finding acceptance. Ive embraced my heart which has endured so much pain, I’ve learned through silence, placing together pieces until they became clear in my thoughts, my mind has always been somewhat innocent and optimistic. I listen to the sounds of the universe, and I am grateful for this day. To see the flowers bloom and to listen to the gentle rain while birds are singing. In the words of Emily Dickinson, hope is a thing with feathers, one of my favorite poems. Sometimes i feel like that little bird weathering a storm. maybe we are all little birds looking for a safe place to weather the storms

I have 7 hours of different massage/body treatments today including a 2 hour himalayan salt treatment and a cbd treatment up in the mountains! and i am touring an esthetic school tomorrow which i am very excited about! I already have extensive training in body treatments from working in NYC with the top trainers in the beauty industry working many years for elizabeth arden on fifth avenue.
