I'm at the gym and the U2 song "Where the streets have no name" came on. I used to love this song and still do... But it took on a deeper meaning today. It made me think of the way we look at healing today. We try to label everything. I feel that we totally overlook our own power to heal the body. It's entering into "where the streets have no name..." How you heal yourself is a process of going within and trusting your intuition and the body's natural rhythms. You have to do a lot of inner listening to get there and the "streets" definitely DON'T have name signs. If you are struggling with healing, relax breathe and go within....
