We work to create an environment where people can live successful lives in recovery. The ASAP coalition works to mobilize the community to prevent substance use by implementing evidence based strategies that produce environmental level change. We meet the 4th Tuesday of every month on zoom from 10am-11:30am. Current committees are dedicated tackling important issues such as Substance Exposed Newborns, Underage Drinking, and Prescription Drug Use. Right now, nonprofit funding is precarious. Grants that organizations like ours have traditionally relied on are becoming less predictable, while the need for prevention, education, connection and community support isn’t going anywhere.

AHC may not provide traditional one-on-one client services, but your donation still touches this community in so many ways. It helps us educate young people, support prevention efforts, bring organizations together, connect people to resources, host free community events, raise awareness, and keep showing up where our community needs us.

And right now, every single donation matters. $5, $10, $25, $100… it all adds up. There truly is no donation too small.

If you believe in the work you see us doing throughout Pasco County, please consider investing in it. 💙🌳

Every dollar helps us keep doing the work. Every donor becomes part of it.
