Everyone has a story, here is one of Judy’s. Judy and her family had a cookie making tradition every holiday season, including rum balls. Every year, her two sons would ask if they could help make the cookies, but Judy was afraid they would burn themselves on the oven. Year after year they would ask to help, and every year Judy would tell them “next year when you’re bigger”. In 1985 Judy let them help make rum balls. She found a recipe, and it became a holiday tradition. They would bake cookies and make rum balls every holiday. Judy decided to share her rum ball recipe with us yesterday, and boy oh boy are they delicious. What’s your story?
