My heart is SO full. 🤎🌿✨

Seeing our space filled with so much love, connection, and beautiful energy was everything we could have hoped for and more. From familiar faces to new ones, and flowing under the oak together, it was such a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.

Kalliope and I have poured so much love, intention, and vision into creating Stillness & Aesthetics Co. — a space where mind, body, spirit, and beauty come together. To finally open our doors and feel the energy of this community filling the space is something I’ll never forget.

I’m beyond grateful for this partnership, this space, and the opportunity to create a little sanctuary for growth, healing, connection, and transformation. 🌳🤍

The weather is finally giving us a little taste of FALL. 🍂🌳

And in just 6 days, we officially begin something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time…

FLOWING UNDER THE OAK.

There’s something different about practicing outside.
The breeze moving through the trees.
The earth beneath your feet.
The sounds of nature weaving into the music.
The nervous system getting a chance to soften.

And this particular oak means a lot to me. It takes me back to the beginning of my yoga journey — teaching donation-based classes outside, simply sharing movement and creating space for people to breathe.

Now, we get to bring that energy home to Stillness & Aesthetics Co. 🤍
