Summer officially starts this weekend, and that means more time outside! ☀️

Whether you're getting back into walking, running, or just enjoying the warmer weather, don't forget to show your calves a little love. Tight calf muscles can put extra stress on your feet, ankles, and even your knees. One simple runner's stretch can help reduce tightness, improve flexibility, and keep you moving comfortably 🏃‍♂️

Give us a call if pain, stiffness, or soreness is keeping you from making the most of your summer!

Building back strength, balance, and confidence one step (or squat) at a time!

BOSU squats, resisted side-stepping, and tandem walking on an unstable surface challenges your balance, coordination, and control. We’re working together to get Chris back to soccer without pain and prevent further hip & ankle injuries! ⚽️💪🏻

Heading into the weekend with another core exercise! 👏🏼

Using the slide rail, we're challenging core strength, stability, and control in a safe and effective way—important for everything from reducing back pain to returning to sports and everyday activities 🔥

It’s not always about speed, it’s about control, agility, and progress! Lucas has been working hard to get himself back on track for soccer season—one drill at a time ⭐️⚽️

A strong core starts with a solid foundation 💪

These exercises, known as Sahrmann Exercises 1 & 2, help strengthen the deep core muscles while keeping your back stable and supported. They're a great way to build core strength, improve stability, and support a healthy back! ⭐️

Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most common conditions we treat at ProCare, and it's also the most common form of arthritis.

Many people assume knee OA will only continue to get worse, but physical therapy can make a significant difference. Through targeted strengthening and stretching exercises, we help support the joint, improve mobility, and reduce inflammation and pain.

If knee pain is limiting your daily activities, know that there are effective ways to manage it and keep moving. ⭐️🦵🏼

Did you know practicing thinking and moving at the same time can improve balance? When your brain learns to manage movement and attention together, balance becomes more automatic and effective in everyday activities.

Here’s our PT, Caitlin, working on just that with Daryn by having her name different plants while balancing as she gets back to lacrosse! 🌸🌳🥍

Working on guided movement exercises called shoulder PNF patterns to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and control 💪🏻

A great rehab tool for shoulder pain, stiffness, weakness, injury recovery, and getting back to sports like baseball, tennis, swimming, golf, and volleyball ⭐️
