We’re so excited to welcome Lisa to the Lift Bridge Yoga + Fitness team!

After practicing yoga for over 10 years, Lisa is passionate about sharing a practice rooted in mindfulness, balance, and self-discovery. With training in Vinyasa, Hatha, breathwork, and yoga philosophy, she creates a welcoming space where every student feels supported on their journey.

A huge shoutout to Amber for reaching her 100th class! 🤍

Since the very beginning of our Somerset studio, Amber has been a familiar face. Showing up, putting in the work, and getting stronger with every class.
We knew it was time for a celebration when the 5 pound weights had to scoot over to make room for her new bffs... the 8s and 10s! 🔥 Those strength gains don’t happen overnight — they’re built one class, one rep, and one choice at a time.

Amber, we’re so grateful you’ve been part of this community from day one. We can’t wait to watch you crush your next 100!

As summer begins to fade, join us for an evening of movement, fresh blooms, and simple moments worth savoring at Two Bees & A Bud, You-Pick Flower Farm, New Richmond, WI

We’ll begin with a gentle, all levels yoga practice surrounded by the beauty of the flower fields, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. After class, wander through the blooms to handpick a beautiful bouquet of seasonal flowers to take home. A reminder of the evening and the season we’ve shared.

Your evening includes:
• All levels outdoor yoga class
• Pick-your-own seasonal flower bouquet
• A glass of wine or N/A beverage
• A relaxing evening surrounded by nature

F I V E H U N D R E D 👏🏼

Congratulations, Brooke!! For years, she’s continued to show up through life’s many chapters. From being a newlywed to becoming a mom, and every beautiful, challenging, joy filled season in between. No matter what life brings, she keeps coming back to her mat.

Brooke, it’s been an honor to watch your practice evolve and to witness the strength, resilience, and grace you’ve built both on and off the mat. Thank you for letting us be a small part of your journey.

Strength and health aren’t seasonal items. They’re year round accessories. 💪🏼

You had a good day. You had a bad day. You got the promotion. You got disappointing news. You felt motivated. You didn’t feel motivated at all. The weather was perfect. The weather was... Wisconsin 🤪

No matter what’s going on around us, movement is always there. Not because every workout changes your body overnight. Not because we’re chasing a certain look. But because movement has a way of helping us process, regulate, reconnect, and come back to ourselves.
