Get to Know Dr. Lidia Lidagoster, MD
Co-Owner of Dream Sculpt Body Spa

Today, we’re introducing you to one of the women behind Dream Sculpt Body Spa! Dr. Lidia Lidagoster brings more than 20 years of clinical experience and a thoughtful perspective on the connection between emotional well-being, physical wellness, and personal confidence.

Beyond her role as co-owner, Dr. Lidagoster is an experienced psychiatrist at Advanced Psychiatric Perspectives / APP Health Group in New Rochelle. Her clinical focus includes mood disorders, treatment-resistant depression, ADHD, anxiety, and psychosomatic medicine, which explores the relationship between mental and physical health.

Her approach combines psychopharmacology, integrative psychiatry, and psychotherapy to support each patient’s individual needs. She is also a Spravato provider and the founder and medical director of the TMS Center of New Rochelle, specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.

Dr. Lidagoster’s extensive training includes:
• A medical degree from Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago Escuela de Medicina.
• A psychiatry residency at Saint Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center.
• A fellowship in psychopharmacology at the New York State Psychiatric Institute.

And something you may not know? She speaks four languages—English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Romanian!
