At Sutton Park Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in New Rochelle, we’re proud to launch our new Diabetes Management Support Group, created to help our residents navigate their diabetes journey with confidence, education, and community.

Led by our experienced clinical team and supported by our comprehensive Diabetes Management Program, this group offers valuable resources, meaningful conversations, and ongoing encouragement for those living with diabetes.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking for additional support, you don’t have to manage diabetes alone. Together, we’re building healthier habits, stronger connections, and better outcomes.

At Sutton Park Center, staying active is about more than exercise…it’s about having fun, building confidence, and enjoying every moment together.

Residents recently took part in an outdoor Zumba class, combining fitness, fresh air, and great energy for a morning filled with movement and laughter.

Our recreation team is always finding creative ways to keep residents engaged, active, and connected while making wellness enjoyable for everyone.

Last night was an absolute dream here at Sutton Park Center! 🌟 We gathered with amazing community leaders to celebrate our official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

A massive thank you to New Rochelle Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert, our incredible city and state officials, and the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce for helping us mark this milestone! ✂️

We are so proud to finally showcase:
✨ Our stunning, newly renovated dining room (fine dining meets comfort!)

Meet Terry, one of our current residents here at Sutton Park Center. Terry has been navigating life with diabetes for years, but things changed when he joined our brand-new Diabetes Management Program.

Instead of going it alone, Terry now has an entire interdisciplinary team working together to simplify his daily routine. In this video, he shares how having personalized education has finally given him the confidence to focus on his recovery.

Our goal isn’t just to manage a condition; it’s to help residents like Terry bridge the gap from hospital to home with the tools they need for long-term wellness. 🏠
