Hey all,
Are you in Florida with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts? I can now accept your insurance! The Headway platform now has a contract for Virtual Only sessions and only for BCBS of MA, but if you are interested, I can accept it, as can anyone else in Florida on Headway. This is brand new as of today so if you have any questions about this please let me know.

Hey all,
I know I have a TON of suuuper loyal followers who are dying to know when my next post will be since it has been FOREVER since I have provided an update. This one comes out of desperation because for the first time since taking clients in October 2022, I am waiting list only! I am in shock that I am there right now and it seems so surreal but it has been a busy couple months leading up to this point. Thank you to everyone for your support and encouragement. You have helped me get here, my family, my wife, most of all.
So I might not be saying "send me people" today, because I might end up sending them somewhere else or putting them on a waitlist.

Soooo much gratitude.

There are a lot of people out there who "don't get" addiction. They may see it as easy as a choice, or a moral failing. For those who want to start learning about it, and for those who want to understand for themselves, I'm starting a series in my blog regarding substance use, addiction, and recovery. I've learned a lot over many years, not the least of which is 6 years of experience in a treatment facility primarily for substance use disorders. If you or a loved one are struggling with chemical or process addiction, take a gander, read some more, ask questions, seek help! There are answers out there for you. What I will attach here is only one small window into a very large world. If it piques your interest, let me know because I have plenty more on the way!

Even a year ago I never thought this would be possible. I always told myself “I dont want the liability, I’m too rusty, I don’t know how to run a business…” but I found the right guides and with help made it happen.

I am by NO means an island and I remain eternally grateful to everyone who has supported me thus far. If anyone wants some of these cards let me know and I’d be happy to have your help spreading the word about me
