Just wanted to clear up a couple of things after some of my recent videos. 💚

First, I’ve received SO many messages, prayers, well wishes, and words of encouragement about everything I’ve had going on lately. Your kindness and support truly mean more to me than you know. Thank you. 🪴

But there’s one thing I realized I may not have made very clear…

I’ve been working this whole time! 😂

Quite a few people have reached out saying they didn’t realize I hadn’t been working or that they were happy to see me “back” massaging again—and I realized there may have been a little misunderstanding! And also to share my schedule looks different these days too.

When we left Canal Street, we went straight into our new space inside Mindful Massage by Megan. Aside from my usual first week of summer off with my kids, I never stopped seeing clients.

So yes, I took a BIG break from social media…but I did NOT take a break from massage or A Hand In Health Massage. 💚

That was really the whole reason behind my recent videos. After being so quiet online for months, I simply wanted to fill you guys in on what’s been happening behind the scenes, explain why I disappeared from social media for a while, and catch everyone up before moving forward.

I definitely wasn’t sharing any of it looking for sympathy—but I am incredibly grateful for all of the love and support you guys have shown me. 💚

Since we’re getting reacquainted this week—tell me something that’s been going on in YOUR life lately! Good, bad, exciting, boring…I want to hear from you. 👇

I’ve shared a lot this week, and today I wanted to give you a little update on what’s been happening with my health, too.

I’m still dealing with some heart-related issues and still don’t have all the answers. I’ve had an echocardiogram, seen a cardiologist, and I’m currently wearing a heart monitor while we continue trying to figure out exactly what’s going on.
And I am navigating my other newly discovered health conditions.

I’m choosing not to share every detail publicly, but I did want you guys to know what’s been happening—especially since there may be times when it affects my schedule or what I’m able to do.

And maybe one good thing coming from all of this is that it’s making me look at wellness through an even wider lens. 👀 Going forward, you’ll start seeing more of a whole-body approach woven into A Hand In Health Massage—because feeling your best is about so much more than just what happens during the hour you’re on my table.

That’s just a little hint of what’s coming. 😉 For now, thank you for continuing to follow along, support my little business, and give me grace while I navigate everything. 💚

It's been a HOTTT minute!
I've been pretty quiet around here for the last several months, and let me just say...a LOT has changed.
New Space.
New Season.
A few unexpected plot twists.
