A few housekeeping reminders from Kisha Cares!

First, while we love connecting with our patients on Facebook, please do not use Facebook or Messenger to schedule appointments, request prescriptions/refills, or ask medical questions.

The social media manager girl (hi, that’s me 👋🏻) will not be booking your appointment or writing your prescriptions. Sorry! 😂 More importantly, Facebook is not the appropriate or secure place to discuss your personal medical care.

Please contact the Kisha Cares office directly for scheduling, prescription requests, or questions regarding your care.

We also want to remind patients that our patient portal is a great tool for communicating with the office, but it is not a replacement for an appointment. Some questions, concerns, new symptoms, or changes in your health need to be addressed during an actual visit so Kisha can properly evaluate you.

We appreciate everyone helping us keep communication in the right places so we can make sure you’re getting the care and attention you need.

Staying active doesn’t have to mean intense workouts. Regular movement, maintaining strength and balance, getting enough rest, and keeping up with routine healthcare can all play an important role in helping you feel your best and maintain your independence as you age.

And remember, it’s never too late to start making small changes that support your health for the years ahead.
