Upper + lower eyelid surgery, with the patient awake throughout the procedure. 👀

For the upper eyelids, I carefully remove excess skin that can create heaviness or hooding. For the lower eyelids, the goal is to address under-eye bags and excess tissue, creating a smoother transition from the lower eyelid into the cheek without changing the patient’s natural expression.

In this case, the patient was awake and comfortable during the procedure. At just 2 weeks post-op, he’s already feeling good and progressing through the healing process, with swelling continuing to improve over time.

Eyebrow transplantation can permanently restore density and shape using your own hair.

Hair follicles are carefully harvested, typically from the scalp, and individually transplanted into areas of the brow where more fullness is needed. The placement, angle, and direction of each follicle matter to create growth that follows the natural pattern of the eyebrow.

These photos show the patient at 3 months, when new growth is already becoming visible. The transplanted hairs continue to grow and mature over the following months, so this is still an early result.

Buccal fat removal might be one of the most controversial procedures in facial plastic surgery. 👀

And there’s a reason for that. It’s not for everyone.

For the right candidate with naturally fuller cheeks, carefully removing a portion of the buccal fat can create more definition through the mid and lower face. But remove it from the wrong face, or remove too much, and the face can appear hollow or older as it naturally loses volume with age.

That’s why I’m very selective about who I recommend this procedure for. The goal isn’t to chase a sculpted-face trend today and regret it later. It’s to create a result that will continue to look balanced as you age.
