-Active LMSW, or a limited permit with LMSW earned within your first year
-1+ year of clinical experience, including prior individual (one-on-one) psychotherapy
-An openness to feedback and a genuine desire to keep learning

What We Offer

-Pay up to $2,800/month, based on session volume
-Access to niche clinical trainings we offer based on practice needs and demand, for clinicians who show strong fit
-Real clinical experience and a team invested in your development

Job Type: Part-time

We're only welcoming two new clinicians this quarter. If this sounds like your next step, we'd love to hear from you.

Egg freezing is often framed as a smart, empowering way to create more options for the future. And it can be that.

But it can also be emotionally complicated.

There may be appointments, injections, medications, finances, scheduling, physical changes, and the quiet weight of trying to make the “right” decision about your future. You may feel grateful to have the option while also feeling sad that you have to consider it. You may feel hopeful one day and overwhelmed, angry, lonely, or uncertain the next.

None of that means you are ungrateful. None of it means you are doing this wrong.

Egg freezing can bring up questions that are much bigger than the procedure itself: What did I think my life would look like by now? Am I making this choice for me, or because I feel pressured by time, dating, family, or culture? Who can I talk to when people around me do not quite understand?

You deserve room for the full emotional reality of this experience, not just the “empowering” part people tend to celebrate.

Our newest blog explores the emotional side of egg freezing, including why mixed feelings are so common and how therapy can offer support while you move through the process.

Your phone buzzes with a weather alert.......and suddenly you are checking the radar, rerouting your commute, and planning for everything that could go wrong.

That is not “being dramatic.” For many people, unpredictable NYC weather can put the nervous system on high alert.

Preparation can help. But if checking the forecast is stealing your sleep, changing your plans, or making it hard to settle, it may be time to create a little more space between you and the app.

You do not have to solve tomorrow’s weather tonight.

There is a quiet pressure in summer to make every weekend count.

To say yes.
To be outside.
To make plans.
To look good in the photos.
To come back in September with stories.

But rest is not something you earn once you have been social enough, productive enough, or fun enough.

You are allowed to skip the rooftop. You are allowed to have a low-key weekend. You are allowed to feel tired when everyone else seems energized. You are allowed to want a slower summer.

And if the season is bringing up loneliness, anxiety, body-image worries, financial stress, or a feeling that you are falling behind, those feelings deserve more than “just try to enjoy yourself.”

You do not need to be in crisis to talk with someone.

Sometimes summer anxiety is not about the heat or the plans.

It is about the loss of the things that were quietly holding you together:

A familiar work rhythm.
Knowing when you will see your friends.
Regular sleep.
A consistent schedule.
The small routines that gave your day shape.

Then summer comes along. People travel. Work slows down or speeds up. Your usual people are less available. Every week feels different.

You may find yourself staying up later, feeling less productive, scrolling more, or struggling to get started.

That does not mean you are lazy or “bad at relaxing.”

It may mean you need more steadiness than summer is giving you right now.

Summer can make anxiety feel confusing.

You may have more invitations, more daylight, more things you could be doing and still feel lonely, tired, or like you are somehow wasting the season.

In New York, summer can come with its own pressure: expensive plans, crowded weekends, friends leaving town, social media full of rooftops and beach trips, and the feeling that everyone else is making better use of their time.

Sometimes the anxiety is not about one plan. It is the constant question underneath it:
“Am I doing enough?”
“Am I seeing people enough?”
“Why don’t I feel happier?”

You do not have to force yourself to enjoy a season just because it is supposed to be fun.

It can look like everyone else at college has already found their group.

Your feed is filled with smiling roommates, parties, campus events, group dinners, and late-night adventures. Meanwhile, you may be wondering why making friends does not seem to be happening as easily for you.

But a photo only shows where someone was standing. It cannot tell you whether they felt accepted, understood, or connected while they were there.

You rarely see:
• The homesick phone calls
• The awkward meals
• The plans someone was not invited to
• The student who felt invisible in the group photo
• The quiet night spent wondering what everyone else was doing

Friendship is not a race, and the people someone meets during orientation may not be the people they are closest to months later.

Instead of pressuring yourself to find an entire group, start smaller:
• Invite one classmate to study or get coffee
• Join something that meets regularly
• Spend time in a shared campus space
• Replace ten minutes of scrolling with one real conversation
• Mute accounts that consistently leave you feeling excluded or inadequate

Not finding your people immediately does not mean there is no place for you.

Some days in college, doing the bare minimum is not failing....it is a way of taking care of yourself.

When loneliness, stress, or exhaustion starts affecting your sleep, appetite, motivation, or routine, even simple tasks can feel overwhelming.

A “minimum day” might look like:

• Attending one class
• Eating one real meal
• Taking a shower
• Stepping outside your room
• Responding to one text
• Having one small interaction
• Putting your phone down before bed

You do not have to fix everything in one day.

A minimum day is a way to stay connected to yourself when the day feels heavy. Small steps still move you forward.

Our newest blog explores how college loneliness can quietly affect sleep, eating habits, motivation, and daily routines—and what students can do when they start noticing those changes.

Starting college means leaving more than home.

A new campus can also mean new routines, unfamiliar faces, pressure to “make the most of it,” and missing the people and places that made life feel steady. Feeling excited and homesick at the same time is more normal than it may look.

Have Aetna Student Health or Cigna StudyWell? Send us your insurance card, and we’ll help verify your therapy coverage.

Did Monday start creeping in yesterday afternoon?

Maybe you checked one “quick” work email, started thinking about everything waiting for you, or found yourself mentally rehearsing the week instead of enjoying the rest of your Sunday.

This is often called the “Sunday scaries,” but underneath the catchy name may be something more meaningful: anticipatory anxiety. Your mind and body begin reacting to Monday before Monday has even arrived.

A few things that may help:

Remind yourself: “This is anxiety about what might happen, not what is happening right now.”

👉 Give Sunday an activity or ritual that has nothing to do with preparing for work.
👉 Make your Monday list on Friday so you aren’t reopening work Sunday night.
👉 Notice whether the feeling follows you from job to job.

You’re not being dramatic, and you’re not failing at relaxing. Sometimes the pattern is simply worth paying attention to.
