Meet Mao ✨

Mao is compassionate, thorough, and reliable.

One thing he always wants patients to remember is that it’s okay to take this journey one step at a time. There can be a lot of waiting, unknowns, and emotions, and that’s completely normal. Be gentle with yourself, ask questions, and lean on your support system. You don’t have to have all the strength every single day. Just showing up and continuing forward, even when it feels hard, is already more than enough.

One moment that really made Mao proud was when a patient who had been feeling overwhelmed and frustrated at the start of their journey came back later just to say thank you. They told him that having someone who stayed on top of the details, kept communication clear, and treated them with kindness made the process feel less scary.

This kind gesture reminded him that his job isn’t just administrative. The way Mao shows up every day can genuinely change how someone experiences one of the most important chapters of their life. Moments like that make the long days and constant moving parts completely worth it.
