After almost 12 years with our NYU CIC family, we’re celebrating Gladys as she begins her well‑earned retirement. 💐🎉💜

Her dedication, warmth, and connection with our patients have been such a big part of our clinic. While we’re sad to say goodbye, we’re so thankful for everything she’s shared with us over the years. Congratulations and best wishes, Gladys! 🎉😊

P.S. Thank you for teaching us how to bowl and for the unforgettable “suitcase method.” We’ll think of you every time we’re at the lanes! 🎳😄
