My recommendations included a cross-sector collaboration of government and private sector allies to mentor & educate women, and incentivize companies to prevent women from having to choose between having a lucrative, thriving career and a healthy family.

Let's be okay with maternity leaves, daycare provisions and caregiving stipends so professional qualified women can change the world. It's not because we are better than men, it's because we are created differently and can affect change uniquely.
