Brooklyn Family Podiatry is owned and operated Dr. Yury Rotshteyn. He serves as the Chief of Podiatry at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn. He is also the Director of the Wound Care Fellowship and Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program. Patients come to Brooklyn Family Podiatry seeking treatment for a number of foot-related conditions. A few of these include bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, corns and calluses, diabetic foot, pediatric foot deformations, foot and ankle wounds and injuries, and many other problems. Dr. Rotshteyn is known for the attention he gives to every patient and his ability to clearly explain the diagnosis and treatment options. As a trilingual podiatry service (English, Russian and Spanish), Dr. Rotshteyn and his associates are able to communicate more readily with non-english-speaking patients in a more meaningful way. This, in effect, helps provide a more comfortable experience and a better quality of care by communicating in a way the patient can fully understand.
