Sometimes love isn’t just about being there, it’s about being prepared. Watching Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’Oir’s interview really reminded me how important it is to have the right paperwork in place when you truly care about someone.

Power of attorney and medical proxy documents aren’t just “legal stuff”They ensure your voice is heard, your wishes are respected, and the people who truly have your best interests at heart can stand up for you when it matters most.

If you’re in a committed relationship, caring for a parent, or even walking with someone through health challenges, take this as your sign to have that conversation today. Protect your legacy. Protect your peace.

know it’s not easy.
We can laugh with friends, go out, and have a good time—
but in those quiet moments, when we’re home alone or lost in deeper thoughts,
the pain, the fear, the sadness still find us.

If you’re in the thick of it, please hear me: it’s gonna be alright.

I am living testimony that the sun does shine again—
and you will find joy.
Because love and joy are already in your heart.

Your heart may feel broken,
but it will heal.
Like any other organ in your body, it is designed to recover
and return to its natural state.

Even when you feel shattered, you are not broken.
You are healing.

Hold on. Keep the faith.
The heart heals. And when it does,
you’ll be back to being the loving, kind soul you’ve always been. 💛
