September 11 — We Remember 🇺🇸

On this solemn day, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and remember the courage and sacrifice of the first responders, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and countless individuals who came forward in the aftermath.

We also recognize the Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who served as Second Responders, providing care, comfort, and support to those working through the physical and emotional impact of that devastating time.

Their dedication reflects the vital role compassionate care can play in times of crisis. Today, we remember their service and honor everyone whose lives were forever changed.

25 years later, their courage, compassion, and service remain a part of our collective memory.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🕊️

New York is the first state to require 1000 hours of education and it is New York state law. There is NO reciprocity or compact agreement. There is NO temporary status.

You want to be able to LEGALLY work in New York. Working illegally in New York can jeopardize your current license AND the eligibility to be licensed in any licensed profession in any state and it's a felony in the state of New York. Thankfully, enforcement has increased in the state.

This class is for professionals who are ...

A) Out-of-state massage therapists who are currently licensed and in good standing in their home state and want to work in New York

B) You are a NY licensee in another healthcare profession and you want to become a massage therapist

C) You had a NY license and registration and let it lapsed and are ready to return to the profession

D) You currently have applied for endorsement and are waiting for a response
