For this week’s Sunday Table, a delicious Electrolyte Refresher to help boost your hydration. Sip accordingly.
Natural Electrolyte Refresher
¼ cup coconut water
¾ watermelon, cubed
⅓ cup fresh orange juice
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of sea salt
Ice
Lime wheels and fresh mint, for garnish
Blend the watermelon until smooth. For an even smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Fill a glass with ice and add the watermelon juice, coconut water, orange juice, lime juice, and sea salt. Stir well until combined.
Garnish with lime wheels and fresh mint, then serve immediately.
