I had the pleasure of joining Nathalie Jaspar Dive Into Reiki to share my journey into Reiki, the evolution of my practice, and how I came to specialize in working with older adults and individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

We talk about the power of presence in Reiki, the profound lessons I've learned from my clients, and how this practice has helped me gently unravel emotional patterns within myself.

It was a thoughtful conversation about healing, connection, and the ways Reiki continues to shape both my personal life and professional work.

Sometimes we don't realize we're witnessing the beginning of something that will change our lives.

This was one of our first online Reiki & Sound Healing circles in 2020. My closest friends—artists, creatives, and kind souls—showed up with open hearts. Their trust, encouragement, and presence gave me the confidence to continue what was then a completely new path.

Six years later, that small circle has grown into Let's Heal NYC, bringing Reiki and sound healing into memory care communities, senior living, hospitals, corporations, and public spaces.

Everything started with a few people who simply said, "We believe in you."
