You could be dehydrated and not even know it! The hot summer months mean we should be drinking more water than usual. But did you know feeling thirsty isn’t the only sign of dehydration? Watch out for these signs:

Dry mouth
Sweating less than usual
Dark urine
Feeling tired or dizzy

So… do you think you could be dehydrated? Pause and take a sip of water, just in case! 💧
