Pain on the outside of your elbow isn’t just something athletes experience.

Many people notice discomfort while gripping objects, carrying groceries, typing, working out, or even doing everyday activities.

Although it’s commonly called tennis elbow, you don’t have to play tennis to experience it. Repetitive movements and daily activities can sometimes contribute to irritation around the elbow.

If you’ve been dealing with persistent elbow discomfort, it may be worth taking a closer look at what’s contributing to it.

I’m a chiropractor located in the Upper West Side in NYC, helping patients better understand their symptoms and move with greater confidence.

DM “ELBOW” if this sounds familiar.

Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night because your hand feels numb?

You’re not alone.

Numbness, tingling, and burning sensations in the hands are common symptoms that many people notice while sleeping or when they first wake up in the morning.

Sometimes these symptoms come and go, while other times they become more frequent over time.

Because there are several possible causes, recurring numbness or tingling is something that’s worth paying attention to.

I’m a chiropractor located in Columbus Circle NYC helping patients better understand their symptoms, movement, and overall health.

DM “HANDS” if you’ve noticed numbness or tingling in your hands.

Have you ever told yourself, “It’s probably nothing”?

A lot of people brush off stiffness, recurring aches, tension, or changes in how they move because the issue isn’t constant or severe.

But sometimes the biggest frustration isn’t the symptom itself, it’s not knowing why it’s happening.

Many people come in simply looking for answers, clarity, and a better understanding of what their body is telling them.

I’m a chiropractor located on the Upper West Side of NYC, helping patients better understand their movement, posture, and overall health.

DM “QUESTION” if you’ve ever wondered whether something was worth getting checked out.

Do you constantly feel like one hip is tighter than the other?

You’re not alone.

This is something I hear from runners, gym-goers, desk workers, and active adults all the time.

Sometimes it shows up during workouts. Other times it’s noticeable while walking, sitting, stretching, or simply moving throughout the day.

Our bodies are constantly adapting to how we move, train, work, and recover. Over time, those patterns can influence mobility and how different areas of the body feel.

I’m a chiropractor located in Columbus Circle in NYC helping patients better understand their movement, mobility, and overall function.

DM “HIP” if this sounds like you!

Does your knee hurt more when going downstairs than going up?

You're not the only one.

Many people notice knee discomfort during stairs, squats, lunges, long walks, or workouts before they experience pain at rest.

The knee doesn't function in isolation. Factors such as movement patterns, strength, mobility, and how other areas of the body are working can all play a role in how the knee feels.

That's why understanding the bigger picture is often just as important as focusing on the area that hurts.

I'm a chiropractor located in Columbus Circle in NYC, helping patients better understand their movement, joint health, and overall function.

DM "KNEE" if this sounds familiar or if you've been dealing with knee discomfort.

Does your back hurt more when you’re sitting than when you’re moving?

A lot of people expect back pain to be constant, but that’s not always the case.

Sometimes symptoms only show up after sitting through a workday, commuting into the city, or spending long periods in the same position. Other people notice it when they first stand up and start moving again.

Our bodies are designed to move, and prolonged positions can sometimes contribute to stiffness and discomfort.

If you’ve noticed your back feels worse after sitting than it does when you’re active, you’re definitely not alone.

I’m a chiropractor located in Columbus Circle in NYC helping patients better understand their bodies, movement patterns, and spinal health.

DM “BACK” if this sounds familiar.

Have you ever looked in the mirror and noticed one shoulder sits higher than the other?

Many people notice differences in their posture but aren’t always sure what they mean.

Our bodies are constantly adapting to the positions we spend the most time in, the activities we do, past injuries, and everyday movement patterns. Over time, those adaptations can show up in the way we stand and move.

While posture isn’t the only factor that matters, paying attention to these changes can provide useful information about how your body is functioning.

I’m a chiropractor located on the Upper West Side of NYC helping patients better understand their posture, movement, and overall spinal health.

DM “POSTURE” if you’ve noticed one shoulder higher than the other and would like to learn more.

A lot of people assume X-rays are only used to find where someone hurts.

In reality, they’re just one tool that can provide valuable information during the evaluation process.

When I review an X-ray, I’m not simply looking for the area where someone feels pain. I’m evaluating structure, alignment, and other factors that help me better understand the overall picture of what’s going on.

Many people are surprised to learn that symptoms don’t always tell the whole story. That’s why gathering as much information as possible is such an important part of creating an individualized care plan.

Every patient comes into my office with a different history, lifestyle, and set of concerns. Taking the time to understand those details allows me to make recommendations that are tailored to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

My goal is not only to help people feel better, but also to help them better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health.

I’m a chiropractor located in Columbus Circle in NYC, helping patients with neck pain, back pain, headaches, posture concerns, mobility limitations, and more.

DM “XRAY” if you’d like to learn more about what goes into the evaluation process.

Most people think chiropractic care is only for back pain, but that’s only part of the story.

Here are a few things people are often surprised to learn:

• Back pain is one of the most common reasons people seek care, but it’s far from the only one

• Patients may also come in with headaches, neck tension, stiffness, posture concerns, and mobility restrictions

• Sometimes people simply feel like their body isn’t moving or functioning the way it should

• Chiropractic care focuses on how the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system work together

• When movement is restricted or not functioning well, it can affect how the body feels and performs

• Two people with completely different symptoms may have similar underlying movement or biomechanical issues

• The goal isn’t just to focus on where it hurts, it’s to understand what’s contributing to the problem in the first place

As a chiropractor in Midtown in NYC, my goal is to help patients better understand their bodies and create a plan that supports long-term function, movement, and overall well-being.

If you’ve ever wondered what chiropractic care actually involves beyond “back pain,” DM “LEARN” and I’ll be happy to answer your questions.

What actually happens before treatment starts?

Many people think a chiropractic visit begins with treatment.

In reality, a lot happens first.

I spend time listening to your concerns, reviewing your health history, evaluating movement, discussing your symptoms, and understanding what brought you into the office.

The goal is to understand the full picture, not just where you feel discomfort.

Every person is different, which is why a thorough evaluation is such an important part of the process.

I’m a chiropractor located in Upper West Side in NYC helping patients with neck pain, back pain, headaches, posture concerns, mobility issues, and more.

DM “VISIT” if you’ve never been to a chiropractor before.
