As the seasons change, many of us find ourselves holding more than one feeling at a time.

The end of the school year.A graduation.A move.A new chapter.A change in routine.

Sometimes we feel excited for what’s next while also grieving what we’re leaving behind.

Both can be true.

You don’t have to choose between gratitude and sadness, hope and uncertainty, relief and loss.

Making space for mixed emotions is often where growth begins.

For many people, healing begins when they no longer feel the need to hide parts of themselves in order to be accepted.

Belonging isn’t something that has to be earned.
It isn’t something that comes from changing who you are.

It comes from being seen, valued, and accepted as you are.

This Pride Month, we celebrate authenticity, courage, self-discovery, and the right to exist fully and unapologetically.

At The Time Is Always Now Therapy Group, we are committed to creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be themselves.

🌈 Happy Pride 🏳️‍🌈.

The arrival of warmer weather can bring energy, motivation, and excitement for some people.

For others, it can bring pressure.

Pressure to be outside more.
Pressure to be social.
Pressure to feel happier.
Pressure to “make the most” of the season.

And for many, it’s a mix of both.

There is no right way to experience a season.

Whatever this time of year brings up for you, your experience is valid.

🌿 How has the change in seasons affected you?

Today is World Eating Disorders Action Day.

Many people living with an eating disorder don’t look the way others expect, yet these illnesses affect people of all ages, genders, body sizes, and backgrounds.

At The Time Is Always Now Therapy Group, we believe awareness, support, and early intervention can make a difference.

Recovery is possible.
