Delta X+ for focus and energy is redefining how we think about daily performance.

If you’re relying on coffee or energy drinks just to get through the day, you’re not alone—but there’s a better way to approach it.

Delta X+ combines THCV, CBG, caffeine, and vitamin B12 to support clean, sustained energy, sharper focus, and metabolic function—without the spike and crash.

Instead of overstimulation, the goal is balance. Energy that feels steady. Focus that lasts. Performance that actually supports your lifestyle.

At Dr. Krista Archer’s Upper East Side Manhattan practice, solutions like this are part of a bigger conversation around optimizing how your body functions day to day.

Because energy shouldn’t feel chaotic—it should feel controlled.

NAD+ injections for mental clarity are one of the most talked-about treatments in wellness right now—and for good reason.

As NAD+ levels decline with age, many people start to notice lower energy, brain fog, and slower recovery. NAD+ plays a critical role in how your cells produce energy, repair themselves, and function overall.

That’s why treatments like NAD+ injections are gaining attention—they’re designed to support your body at a cellular level, not just mask symptoms.

Patients often report improved focus, better memory, more consistent energy, and an overall sense of clarity. But it’s important to understand that this isn’t a quick fix—it’s part of a bigger picture when it comes to long-term health and performance.

At Dr. Krista Archer’s Upper East Side Manhattan practice, NAD+ therapy is approached thoughtfully, as part of a broader strategy that includes recovery, nutrition, and overall wellness.

Curious if it’s right for you?

Medical food for brittle nails is changing how we think about nail health.

If your nails are constantly breaking, peeling, or looking uneven, it might not be just cosmetic—it could be a sign of underlying nutritional deficiencies.

Instead of layering on treatments, a medical food approach focuses on correcting those deficiencies from within. That’s where EB-L1 comes in.

Formulated with active ingredients like biotin, collagen, keratin, and silicon, it’s designed to support nail strength, growth, and overall appearance in a more targeted way than traditional supplements.

At Dr. Krista Archer’s Upper East Side Manhattan practice, nail health is approached from both angles—internal support and clinical care like medical pedicures—because real results usually require both.

If you’ve tried everything and your nails still aren’t improving, it may be time to take a smarter approach.

CBD and THCV edibles are everywhere right now — but what are people actually using them for?

Many patients are exploring these as part of a broader wellness routine, not as a replacement for medical care. The most commonly reported reasons include improved sleep, reduced discomfort, better focus, and a more balanced stress response.

THCV has also been getting attention for its potential role in energy, appetite regulation, and metabolic support — though research is still evolving.

That said, these aren’t one-size-fits-all solutions. Effects can vary based on dosage, product quality, and individual response. Some people feel noticeably better. Others feel very little.

At ARCH by Dr. Krista Archer, the goal is always the same — understanding what you’re using, why you’re using it, and how it fits into your overall health.

If you’re considering CBD or THCV, start with information — not assumptions. Click the link in bio to read the full article.

Losing toenails from running isn’t a badge of honor.

Black toenails are common in runners, especially during higher mileage training cycles. But they’re usually a sign of repeated micro-trauma inside the shoe — not just “part of the sport.”

With every stride, your foot shifts forward slightly. If your toe box is tight, your lacing allows too much movement, or your foot swells during longer runs, the nail absorbs that impact thousands of times.

Over time, that pressure can cause bleeding under the nail, lifting, or full nail loss.

And while some cases resolve on their own, repeated trauma can lead to permanent nail changes, thickening, or infection risk.

At ARCH by Dr. Krista Archer on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, we help runners understand why it’s happening — and how to prevent it. Often the solution isn’t to stop running. It’s to adjust mechanics, footwear, or fit.

If you’re training hard this season and noticing nail changes, don’t ignore it.

Your feet are giving you feedback.

Schedule an evaluation and make sure your training is building strength — not damage.

If your first step out of bed feels sharp, tight, or unexpectedly painful — your body is giving you information. And in a city where walking is non-negotiable, ignoring it rarely works.

Most people assume it’s “just plantar fasciitis.” Sometimes it is. But heel pain can also stem from biomechanics, shoe choice, training load, calf tightness, or even compromised heel skin during winter months.

At ARCH by Dr. Krista Archer on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, we take a smarter approach. That means looking at how your foot moves, how your shoes support you, and how your tissue is responding — not just treating inflammation.

Because the first step shouldn’t hurt.

If you’ve been pushing through it, this is your sign to get it evaluated early. Schedule your appointment and take the smarter approach to heel pain.

Your feet change over time—and your foot care should too. Dry skin, thicker nails, and pressure points don’t happen overnight. They build gradually, shaped by age, lifestyle, and how much your feet do for you every day.

That’s why preventative foot care matters. An Expert Pedicure (medical pedicure) focuses on maintaining healthy skin and nails through thoughtful, medically guided care—performed by expertly trained nail technicians under the guidance of Dr. Krista Archer.

It’s not about fixing problems. It’s about staying ahead of them.
