I’ve been getting so many questions about how I stay on track, and honestly… it’s the little things that make the biggest difference! 🙌
One thing that has helped me SO much is pre-portioning my snacks. When I’m hungry and want something crunchy, I don’t want to stand in the kitchen guessing how much I’m eating. 😅
I grab my food scale, place an empty baggie on it, zero it out, and portion out one serving. Then I write the WW points right on the bag! ✍️💚
I keep a snack box stocked with things I enjoy — popcorn, crackers, chips, and little treats — so I always have something ready when a craving hits.
It makes tracking easier, keeps portions under control, and honestly saves me from mindlessly eating straight from the bag! 😂
Small habits really do add up. 💚
Do you pre-portion your snacks too, or do you usually snack straight from the package? 👇

Philly Cheesesteak Bowls. I fried up some sliced white onions and mushrooms in a cast-iron pan (in bacon grease). Next I added some Quick Steaks that I got from Costco in the frozen section. I added it all to the same pan and fried it up. I put some Blackstone cheesesteak seasoning on it, added mozzarella cheese, then I drizzled it with just a tiny little bit of A1. A1 does have a little sugar, but just a few drops drizzled on top really gives depth of flavor. I also added Worcestershire sauce to everything while it was frying in the pan. There’s enough for one bowl and then enough for tomorrow’s lunch, too. So good!
You can get Steak-Ums from the grocery stores freezer or thinly sliced ribeye

Get a box of Angel Food Cake mix (literally just the contents of the box; no need to follow directions on the box), and mix with the 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple, juice and all. You can stir it all by hand; there is no need for a mixer. Magic happens at this stage: the mixture froths and becomes into one airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes. Once it is all mixed up, pour into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes

This is the fruit salad I make when I want something fresh, colorful, juicy, and ridiculously easy! Every bite has a little crunch, sweetness, and freshness, and it is perfect for breakfast, snacks, meal prep, or bringing to a get together.
For a big bowl, use 2 cups green grapes, 1 cup red grapes, 1½ cups strawberries sliced into halves, 2 bananas sliced, 3 mandarins peeled and separated into segments, and 1 cup blueberries. Give everything a gentle toss so the softer fruit stays intact.
For a simple fresh finish, squeeze 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice over the fruit and toss lightly. Let it chill for about 15 minutes before serving so everything gets nice and cold and the flavors come together.
No complicated dressing, no heavy ingredients, just a big bowl of fresh fruit that disappears fast.
What fruit would you add to this?
